1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at Winetrackr, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Age Restriction

You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence to use Winetrackr. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you meet the legal age requirement for purchasing and consuming alcohol in your jurisdiction.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Winetrackr's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Winetrackr's website;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

4. User Accounts and Content

You retain ownership of any content (images, tasting notes, reviews) you upload to Winetrackr. By uploading content, you grant Winetrackr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Winetrackr customer support team.

6. Changes to Service and Termination

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion. In the event that we decide to permanently shut down the Service, we will provide at least three (3) months' notice to all active subscribers via email or a prominent notice on our website.

We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period. During the notice period, you will continue to have access to your data and the ability to export it.

7. Disclaimer

The materials on Winetrackr's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Winetrackr makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitations

In no event shall Winetrackr or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Winetrackr's website, even if Winetrackr or a Winetrackr authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
